New Testament
Chloe
A woman whose household members reported divisions within the church at Corinth to the Apostle Paul.
Chloe is mentioned only once in the New Testament in 1 Corinthians 1:11. Her household provided the report that alerted Paul to the factions and contentions troubling the Corinthian church. While little else is known about her, her household's report served as the catalyst for Paul's corrective letter to the congregation.
