SwordBible can be used without an account for basic reading. Signing in unlocks sync for highlights, notes, AI study history, reading plans, and Pro features across devices.
If sign in fails, include your device model, iOS version, the sign in method you used, and the email address on the account.
Subscriptions and Billing
Pro access unlocks expanded AI study and other paid features. App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Web checkout subscriptions are managed through your SwordBible account.
SwordBible cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf. Open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions to manage Apple billing.
Supporter Tiers and Perks
SwordBible is pay-what-you-want. Everyone gets full Pro access, including the free $0 option. Choosing to support adds perks tied to your contribution:
Silver, Gold and Platinum each add a supporter badge next to your name as a thank-you. The badge gates nothing: Kids Bible Study plans are free for everyone. The same tiers apply whether you support by card here or through the App Store ($9.99, $19.99, or $29.99 and up in the iPhone app). A card gift is one year of Pro, paid once on Stripe's secure checkout page, and never renews. You need to be signed in so the badge lands on your account. The tiers are also laid out on the pricing page.

Bible Versions and Commentaries
Public-domain Bible versions and commentary resources may be downloaded for offline use where available. Licensed translations are added only after distribution rights are confirmed.
Push Notifications
Push notifications are optional. SwordBible may use them for reading reminders, plan reminders, account notices, and important service updates. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings.
Privacy and Account Deletion
Read the Privacy Policy for details about what SwordBible collects and how it is used.
You can delete your account in the iOS app from Settings, Account, Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@swordbible.ai from the email address on your SwordBible account for help. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription.
