Deuel
A leader of the tribe of Gad who served during the wilderness census and journey.
Deuel was the father of Eliasaph, the leader of the tribe of Gad during the wilderness wanderings. He is mentioned in the book of Numbers as the representative of his father's house during the census and the organization of the camp. His significance lies in his role as a tribal leader during the Israelites' transition from Sinai toward the Promised Land.
