Old Testament
Shemeber
The king of Zeboiim who joined a coalition of five kings to rebel against Chedorlaomer.
Shemeber was the king of Zeboiim, one of the five cities of the plain that revolted against the rule of Chedorlaomer, king of Elam. He participated in the Battle of Siddim, where his forces were defeated. His brief mention serves to establish the historical and political context of the region during the time of Abraham.
