Bartimaeus
A blind beggar in Jericho who persistently called out to Jesus for mercy and was healed by his faith.
Bartimaeus was a blind man sitting by the roadside in Jericho when he heard Jesus of Nazareth passing by. Despite the crowd's attempts to silence him, he cried out for mercy, identifying Jesus as the Son of David. Jesus commended his faith and restored his sight, leading Bartimaeus to follow Him along the road.
