Old Testament
Geuel
A leader of the tribe of Gad chosen by Moses to scout the land of Canaan.
Geuel, the son of Machi, was one of the twelve men selected by Moses to spy out the land of Canaan. He represented the tribe of Gad during this mission as recorded in Numbers 13:15. His inclusion in the list highlights the tribal representation established by God for the reconnaissance of the Promised Land.
