Gideon
A judge of Israel called by God to deliver the people from Midianite oppression with a small army.
Gideon was a leader raised by God to liberate Israel from seven years of Midianite subjugation. Despite his initial hesitation and need for confirmation, he led a reduced force of three hundred men to a decisive victory. His life illustrates God's power working through human weakness and the importance of faith over military might.
