Old Testament
Hagab
A Nethinim whose descendants returned from the Babylonian exile with Zerubbabel.
Hagab is listed in Ezra 2:46 among the Nethinim, the temple servants who returned to Jerusalem following the decree of Cyrus. His inclusion in the genealogical records highlights the restoration of temple service and the preservation of the community's identity after the exile. The name appears only in the census lists of those who returned from Babylon.
