New Testament
Nathanael
An early disciple of Jesus from Cana in Galilee, brought to the Lord by his friend Philip.
Nathanael is introduced in the Gospel of John as an Israelite in whom there is no deceit. Upon meeting Jesus, he immediately confesses Him as the Son of God and King of Israel. He is later present at the Sea of Galilee when the resurrected Jesus appears to the disciples.
