Old Testament
Vophsi
Vophsi was the father of Nahbi, the representative from the tribe of Naphtali sent to scout Canaan.
Vophsi is mentioned only once in Numbers 13:14 as the father of Nahbi. Nahbi was one of the twelve spies selected by Moses to explore the land of Canaan on behalf of the Israelites. His inclusion in the genealogical record serves to identify the tribal lineage of the representative from Naphtali.
