Old Testament
Adna
A descendant of Pahath-moab who repented of intermarriage during the post-exilic reforms.
Adna is identified in the book of Ezra as one of the men who took foreign wives during the exile and subsequently pledged to put them away following Ezra's call to repentance. He is later listed in Nehemiah 12 as a priest serving during the time of Joiakim. His inclusion in these records highlights the genealogical documentation of the returning remnant and the restoration of covenant faithfulness.
