Old Testament
Mahazioth
A Levite musician and son of Heman appointed by David for temple service.
Mahazioth was one of the fourteen sons of Heman, the king's seer, who served in the temple ministry. He was assigned by lot to the twenty-third division of musicians responsible for praising God through song and instrument. His inclusion in the genealogical records highlights the structured organization of the Levitical service under King David.
