Old Testament
Mallothi
A son of Heman who served as a musician in the temple service during the reign of King David.
Mallothi was one of the fourteen sons of Heman, the king's seer, appointed by David to serve in the temple ministry. He was assigned to the nineteenth division of musicians, tasked with prophesying with harps, lyres, and cymbals. His inclusion in the genealogical records highlights the organized structure of the Levitical service established for temple worship.
