Mijamin
A priestly head of the sixth division during the reign of King David and a returnee from the Babylonian exile.
Mijamin was a priest whose family line was designated by David to serve in the sixth division of the temple service. The name appears in the post-exilic records of Ezra and Nehemiah, identifying him or his descendants among those who returned to Jerusalem and participated in the covenant renewal. His inclusion in these genealogies underscores the preservation of the priestly order throughout Israel's history.
