Old Testament
Palti
A leader from the tribe of Benjamin who served as a spy and later as the husband of Michal.
Palti, son of Raphu, was one of the twelve spies sent by Moses to scout the land of Canaan. He is also identified as the man to whom King Saul gave his daughter Michal after she was taken from David. His life highlights the tribal leadership of Benjamin and the complex political dynamics of the early Israelite monarchy.
