Old Testament
Zalmunna
A Midianite king defeated and executed by Gideon for the slaughter of his brothers at Tabor.
Zalmunna was one of two Midianite kings, alongside Zebah, who led raids against Israel. After Gideon defeated their forces, he captured and executed them in retaliation for the murder of his own brothers. Their defeat marked the end of Midianite oppression during the period of the judges.
