Baana
A name shared by a Solomonic administrative official and a post-exilic wall builder.
The name Baana refers to at least two distinct individuals in the Old Testament. One was a son of Ahilud who served as one of Solomon's twelve regional deputies in Taanach and Megiddo. Another Baana is recorded as a contemporary of Nehemiah who assisted in the repair of the Jerusalem wall.
