Old Testament
Keturah
Keturah was the wife of Abraham following the death of Sarah, bearing him six sons.
Keturah is identified in Genesis 25:1-4 as the wife of Abraham, with whom he had six sons: Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. Scripture records that Abraham gave gifts to these sons and sent them away from Isaac to the east. Her lineage is significant as the ancestor of various tribes and nations mentioned in the genealogical records of 1 Chronicles.
