Seth
The third son of Adam and Eve, appointed by God to continue the godly line leading to Noah and Jesus Christ.
Born after the death of Abel, Seth was considered a replacement seed through whom the faithful lineage of humanity continued. His significance lies in his role as the ancestor of Noah and ultimately Jesus Christ, as recorded in the genealogies of Genesis and Luke. He represents the preservation of the promise of the seed of the woman in the face of human rebellion.
