Both Testaments
Magog
A son of Japheth whose descendants represent a northern nation associated with end-times conflict.
Magog is listed in the Table of Nations as a son of Japheth, representing a people group settled in the northern regions. In Ezekiel 38-39, Magog is identified as the land of Gog, a nation destined to rise against Israel in the latter days. Revelation 20:8 later uses the names Gog and Magog to symbolize the nations gathered in rebellion against God's people at the end of the millennium.
