Hilkiah
A faithful High Priest under King Josiah who discovered the Book of the Law in the temple.
Hilkiah served as High Priest during the reign of Josiah, playing a pivotal role in the nation's religious reformation. He is most noted for discovering the Book of the Law in the temple, which prompted Josiah to lead Judah in covenant renewal. While several men in Scripture bear this name, the High Priest is the most prominent, serving as a bridge between the monarchy and the prophetic ministry of Jeremiah.
