Timothy

A devoted companion of the Apostle Paul and a faithful leader in the early church.

Timothy was a trusted protégé of Paul the Apostle, serving as his emissary to various churches and a co-author of several epistles. Born to a Greek father and a Jewish mother, he was well-regarded by the believers in Lystra and Iconium. Paul's two letters to Timothy provide essential instruction on church governance, pastoral conduct, and the preservation of sound doctrine.
