Jehoahaz
Jehoahaz refers to two kings: a son of Jehu who ruled Israel and a son of Josiah who ruled Judah.
The name Jehoahaz identifies two distinct monarchs. Jehoahaz of Israel, son of Jehu, reigned during a period of Syrian oppression, while Jehoahaz of Judah, son of Josiah, was deposed by Pharaoh Necho after a brief three-month reign. Both figures illustrate the recurring cycle of apostasy and divine judgment recorded in the historical books of Kings and Chronicles.
