Zebulun
The sixth son of Jacob and Leah, he became the patriarch of the Tribe of Zebulun in Israel.
Zebulun was born to Leah in Paddan Aram, fulfilling her desire for Jacob to dwell with her. His descendants formed one of the twelve tribes of Israel, which settled in the Galilee region and played a significant role in the nation's military and economic history. The tribe is noted for its maritime activity and its participation in the defense of Israel under leaders like Barak and Gideon.
