Isaac

The son of promise born to Abraham and Sarah, and the second patriarch of the covenant people of Israel.

Isaac was the miraculous son born to Abraham and Sarah in their old age, serving as the child of promise through whom the covenant was established. His life is marked by his near-sacrifice on Mount Moriah, his marriage to Rebekah, and his role as the father of Jacob and Esau. He remains a central figure in the biblical narrative as the bridge of the Abrahamic covenant to the next generation.
