Cush
The eldest son of Ham and the ancestor of the Cushite people, a nation frequently mentioned in biblical prophecy.
Cush is identified in the Table of Nations as the son of Ham and father of Nimrod. The name also refers to a geographic region south of Egypt, often associated with the kingdom of Nubia or Ethiopia. Throughout Scripture, the Cushites are noted for their military presence, distinct appearance, and eventual inclusion in the worship of the Lord.
